This policy explains what information C2Next collects from visitors to this website, how it's used, and what choices you have. It covers this website only, not any product, platform, or client-facing system C2Next may operate separately.

Information We Collect

This site collects information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly. The contact form on this site asks for your first and last name, work email, company, and a message. Submitting the form sends this information to a server-side function on this site, which forwards it to C2Next by email through a third-party email delivery service (see Third-Party Services below).
• Automatically collected information. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, general location (city/country level, not precise), device and browser type, and how you arrived here (for example, from a search engine or another site).

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as those beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. This site does not set any other cookies directly. Your browser may still store other local data (such as your prefers-reduced-motion or dark-mode operating-system setting) purely to render the page correctly; none of that is sent to C2Next or any third party.

Third-Party Services

This site's fonts are self-hosted; loading them does not involve a request to any third-party font provider. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard web server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of delivering the site; C2Next does not have access to identify individual visitors from this. Contact-form submissions are delivered to C2Next through Resend, a third-party email delivery service; Resend processes your submitted contact details and message solely to deliver that email. This site also uses Google Analytics 4 (see "Information We Collect" above); Google's own privacy policy covers how it processes that data.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation continues, to discuss a potential engagement. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

C2Next retains correspondence from the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and deletes it on request as described below.

Your Rights

You can ask C2Next what information it holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by reaching out through the contact form on this site. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California); C2Next will honor applicable requests.

Data Security

C2Next takes reasonable steps to protect information it holds, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and this policy can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. C2Next does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how information is collected or used, the "last updated" date above will change and, where the change is material, a notice will be posted on this page.
